Double R Creative is graphic and web design by Russell Ramey, a designer with a BFA in Communication Design from Texas Tech University's college of Visual & Performing Arts. I became interested in the arts at a young age and discovered graphic design in high school, from then on I knew that is what I wanted to do. As my skills have progressed I have become more and more interested in the technical side of things. This has pushed me to learn aspects of web design and development.

I am well versed in all the tools of the trade whether Photoshop for photographic layouts or web design mock-ups and slicing, to Illustrator for vector works and logos, to Indesign and Quark Xpress for page layout and publication design, to Dreamweaver and Flash for rich HTML and CSS designs for the web! On top of my advanced knowledge of the essential software all good designers utilize, I also have firm skills in and understanding of HTML, CSS, javascript, online navigation and user experiences, and lastly some basic working knowledge of server side scripting like PHP and MySQL. I am always looking for my next challenge to put my creative problem solving skills to the test.

As for my current work, I have provided artwork or online solutions to several local clients, consisting of a mix between retail, service industry, corporate, government, and many non-profit organizations.
